FREE Women Only Sessions Now on

The Portlaoise Try-athlon Women in Sport initiative is up and running, with good attendance at all training sessions.

If you are a woman registered to take part at Portlaoise Try-athlon on 9 April, then you are invited to join a 6-week programme of training sessions. These sessions are:

  • For Women Only

  • Coach Led Session

  • Women Coaches

  • Completely Free, no cost to you

  • Flexible - you attend as many or as few sessions as you like

  • Designed to prepare you for the race


On offer are three sessions per week - one for each of the three sports in triathlon, swimming, cycling and running.
