If you are a woman registered to take part at Portlaoise Try-athlon on 9 April, then you are invited to join a 6-week programme of training sessions. These sessions are:
- For Women Only
- Coach Led Session
- Women Coaches
- Completely Free, no cost to you
- Flexible - you attend as many or as few sessions as you like
- Designed to prepare you for the race
On offer are three sessions per week - one for each of the three sports in triathlon, swimming, cycling and running.
